Question 1

How long does visa processing take?

Processing times vary by destination and visa type. Many eVisas are issued within a few business days, and some destinations offer urgent processing. You'll see the typical processing time for your route before you apply.

Question 2

What documents do I need to apply?

Accepted Answer

Required documents vary by destination, but typically include: a valid passport (with 6+ months validity), passport-style photo, proof of accommodation, and travel itinerary. Our system will provide a complete checklist for your specific visa type.

Question 3

Can I track my application status?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can track your application in real-time through your Fluxir dashboard. You'll also receive email updates as your application moves forward.

Question 4

What if my application is rejected?

Accepted Answer

If your application is rejected, we'll provide detailed feedback on the reason. In most cases, we can help you address the issue and resubmit. Checking every file against the rules for the traveller's passport helps avoid rejections caused by missing or incorrect documents.

Question 5

How do I set up my company account?

Accepted Answer

Register a company account at app.fluxir.com. Our team can help you set up billing and show your staff how to file applications.

Question 6

Can I manage multiple employees?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. One company account can hold many travellers, and you can follow every application and its status from your dashboard.

Question 7

Do you offer volume discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer tiered pricing based on application volume. Contact our sales team to discuss pricing that fits your organization's needs.

Question 8

Can I pay from a prepaid balance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Company accounts can top up a balance and pay for visas, insurance and airport services from it, with an invoice for each top-up.

How do I get API access?

Accepted Answer

Register a company account, then generate a client ID and secret under Settings > API Client Management. Integration work is done on a test account, and our team confirms billing before you go live.

Where is the API documentation?

Accepted Answer

Guides and the API reference are at developer.fluxir.com, including authentication, the trip flow, billing and webhooks.

Question 11

Not yet. The API is a standard REST API with an OpenAPI specification, so you can call it from any language or generate a client from the specification.

Question 12

How do webhooks work?

Accepted Answer

Configure webhook endpoints in your dashboard to receive real-time notifications for application status changes. Webhook payloads are signed with a secret you generate, so you can verify they came from Fluxir.

How does pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Pricing varies by visa type and processing speed. You'll see the total cost—including all fees—before you submit your application. No hidden charges, no surprises.

Accepted Answer

We charge per application, not per user. This means you only pay when you actually submit a visa application. Dashboard access and tracking are free.
